I sit here this morning listening to my favorite worship songs trying to drown out the sound of one daughter getting ready for school, one daughter getting ready for work, and three dogs engaging in their morning wrestling match to see who gets to lay in the best place on the back of the couch, the perfect place where the warmth of the sun can be felt all day long. I am attempting to pull all my notes that came to me in the wee hours of the morning, twelve thirty-nine this morning to be exact, into coherent sentences. This is one of those blogs that some will disagree with and say this is chick is off her rocker she is overreaching or it will be an eye-opener for those who are like myself and want to know more. The ones who hunger and thirst for more. I am not sure which you are, but it's not by chance you are here. So, hello and welcome and buckle up!
This is not a test! I repeat this is not a test! This is real and the hardcore truth. Agree or disagree, God is not fickle, this is God's word, he and his word is eternal and never changing. This subject is something I've studied and dealt with in the past that has recently been brought back to me. You would think with the seriousness and urgency of this subject I would lay in the forefront of my mind. However, I am human and guilty of an array of imperfections.
Let me start by being perfectly clear the Bible (word of God) is clear when it comes to this subject. I know there are a lot of people who say, the Bible was written two thousand years ago, times change and things are different. Yes, time and people do change. However, let me quickly remind you again, God and his word are NEVER EVER changing. No matter how much time goes by, no matter how much you change. No matter how you stretch, twist, pull, and dissect the scriptures apart, IT DOES NOT CHANGE! (Isaiah 40:8)
I have numerous and I mean numerous Christian friends who tell me to pray for my daughter, my son, my husband, and our marriage. They are frantic, upset, and are confused that their daughters/sons are hateful, promiscuous, doing drugs, and acting out. They want to know why are their husbands are cheating, fighting with them all the time, and drinking daily. They want to know why kids are having nightmares, night tremors, and afraid of the dark. Why is my son or daughter living the LGBTQ life? They refuse correction or to attend church services or they attend with zero change. Why? They are desperate for answers. They are at their wit's end and want to know how to fix it. Because they were not raised this way. They know better. They were once Jesus loving individuals. Believe me, I know first hand. I was one of those wit's ends mom's. I was one of those crying out "why God" women. Well, when you pray and ask God to show you and to help you change things within your family, life, relationships, watch what you ask for because you just might get it; and, the answer may be one you are not only prepared for but one you don't like.
I think (some) those prayers where we point to God asking why answers are elementary. You know the old saying "when you point at someone remember there are three fingers pointing back at you. Bam, in your face, say what moment. When God says it's you! You could have prevented this. Then you find yourself in an argument with God? Well, let me give you a heads up when you argue with God, you don't win. Seriously, like zero chance of winning. In Hosea 4:6 it says...
Lack of knowledge? Why do we have a lack of knowledge? All the knowledge is right there in the black, white, and red 66 books of the Bible. If I lack knowledge it's not his fault it's my pure laziness, seriously dot the i's cross the t's, my fault. I have probably 10 bibles in my home. I opened the flood gate of hell and allowed it into my home. You say how? I was/am a bible reading prayerful mother, husband, wife, friend, daughter, or son. I was/am too! However, I allowed these things into my home. But, I was careful or so I thought. I didn't allow black magic, pentagrams, hard rock, heavy metal, wrong friends, smoking, drinking, drugs, Twilight Series, Harry Potter, or any other openly hellish movies into our home. How could this have happened and how can I be at fault? You know the whole don't blame me it's someone else's fault.
Let me try to explain it this way...
Have you known someone with cataracts? Well, it's like cataracts. The lens, where cataracts form, is positioned behind the colored part of your eye (iris). The lens focuses light that passes into your eye, producing clear, sharp images on the retina — the light-sensitive membrane in the eye that functions like the film in a camera. As you age (lack of proper care when younger) the lenses in your eyes become less flexible, less transparent, and thicker. Age-related and other medical conditions cause tissues within the lens to break down and clump together, clouding small areas within the lens. As the cataract continues to develop, the clouding becomes denser and involves a bigger part of the lens. A cataract scatters and blocks the light as it passes through the lens, preventing a sharply defined image from reaching your retina. As a result, your vision becomes blurred. Cataracts generally develop in both eyes, but not evenly. The cataract in one eye may be more advanced than the other, causing a difference in vision between eyes. What causes cataracts and how are they prevented?
Smoking (quit smoking)
Diabetes (proper nutrition)
Excessive exposure to sunlight (sunglasses)
Obesity (exercise and nutrition)
High blood pressure (weight loss, diet, and medication)
Previous eye injury or inflammation (medication)
Prolonged use of corticosteroid medications (alternative medication)
Drinking excessive amounts of alcohol (don't drink)
As you can see cataracts come on slowly, so slowly most symptoms are ignored. However, they can be prevented. Just as all of the things mentioned above can be prevented in our homes as well. How do you fix cataracts that formed? Surgical removal, and, it's time to undergo spiritual cataract surgery in our homes.
How do we remove these "spiritual cataracts"? First understanding what caused them. Well, we are all careful to not allow the "dark" forces into our homes. It's a goal that Christian mothers have. Well, the trick we have all fallen for is Satan masquerades himself as light. Just read 2 Corinthians 11, pay close attention to verses 13, 14, and 15.
For such men are counterfeit apostles, deceitful workers, masquerading as apostles of Christ. And no wonder, since Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light. So it is no great surprise if his servants also masquerade as servants of righteousness, but their end will correspond with their deeds. 2 Corinthians 11:13-15 AMP
He is so tricky, deceitful, and conniving that we open those flood gates of hell without even knowing it. At this point, I was so confused. This is another trick of Satan, in 1 Corinthians 14:33, it clearly states God is not the author of confusion. If he can keep us confused and wondering and were not seeking answers within the word of God and he keeps winning. There is a bright side in the name of Jesus we have the victory. THIS IS BIBLICAL!! It's time to clean our homes and hearts and take back your authority, given to you by the blood of Jesus. Just check out Luke 10:19
Listen carefully: I have given you authority [that you now possess] to tread on [a]serpents and scorpions, and [the ability to exercise authority] over all the power of the enemy (Satan); and nothing will [in any way] harm you. Luke 10:19 AMP
Again, this is also elementary too. If God has given us authority to tread on serpents and over ALL the power of the enemy, not just aspects but it all we all ALL authority to take it back and run him back to the pit of hell in which he came from, right? It's elementary but it is a fight for life or death. You have to get serious! You are fighting for the souls of your household. Act 10:34 says God is no respecter of persons. Therefore, you do the work and he will do for you just as he has done for others
Warning! Do not cry out deliver us from evil and continue allowing it.
If you are uncomfortable doing this ask your pastor or brothers and sisters in Christ to help you. Do all these things aloud! Verbalize remember you are fighting Satan for possession of what God has already given you and you've allowed Satan to take. How hard are you willing to fight to take back what the devil has stolen from you?
Repent (unforgiveness, bitterness, rebellion, occult practice (ie. horoscopes, pokemon, astrology) white magic, crystal healings, sage, dream catchers)
Remove (ask God to show you what things you need to remove from your home to spiritually clean it. Ask God to show you what spirits you have allowed into your home)
Anoint (doors, windows, mattress, pillows, second-hand items)
Renounce (formally declare one's abandonment of (a claim, right, or possession).
Rubke
Consecrate your life, family, and property to the glory of the Lord.
Pray for peace, unity, harmony, Gods will, and purpose for your household
Worship
Stay read up & prayed up
Read your bible, pray, seek counsel as needed, and find books that follow the word of God regarding spiritual house cleaning.

Do all these things in each room of your home. Stand firm in what you will allow into your home. Do not waiver. Sound crazy? Try it. See what changes in your house hold. Do not perish for your lack of knowledge, but flourish into everything God has created you and your family to be.
