All about the Author

I'm excited about sharing it with you. For years I've had a blog or social media page. However, I ended up deleting them over the interactions and opinions of others. These attempts were me posting content I felt I was supposed to post. Content that appeased others while silencing my true self in Christ. Well, after taking a hiatus from blogging and sharing with you all I’m back. And, this time, this page will reflect me and my journey in Christ as a wife, a mom, a Mimi, a sister, and a friend. I used to be an independent feminist woman of sorts. I didn't believe in traditional gender roles and was an activist for equality I was purposeful in my voyage to inform women of their rights and freedoms in this country. There was no special epiphany that enlightened me and made me change my way of thinking. It was an eye-opening intentional journey that has given me a 360 change of heart, mind, and spirit. A change that can only come from our creator himself. Well, with studying, praying, and vast amounts of searching, this is where my passion and purpose have collided and the carefully chosen name tells it all, The Warped Wife Chronicles! I've been asked why warped that's is such a derogatory word for this purpose. Well, if something is distorted, bent, or twisted it's also known as warped. And, according to the feminist standards of society, I am warped and twisted. I allow a God, my God, to show me how we were longingly and purposefully created equal and as important as a man for a different purpose. So, welcome, sit back, and share with your friends, family, and even people you don't care for.
